He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Neylon; his pets, Tom and Irish; and his children, Catherine B. Capellupo (Freddie) of Raynham, Patricia A. Runey (Frank) of Pembroke, Thomas M. Gallagher, Jr. (Mona) of Stoughton, Michael J. Gallagher and Nancy E. Pires (Mark) of Easton. He is also survived by 9 brothers and sisters and is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
