He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor McDougall (Hill) and Charles McDougall; his wife Jean Marie McDougall (Coughlin); and his siblings, Jimmy and Barbara McDougall.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael McDougall (Karen) of Stoughton and Stephen McDougall of Stoughton; his sister Norma Moores of Ohio; and his granddaughter Madison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
