He is survived by: his significant other Virginia Field of Stoughton, MA.; his children, Deborah DiCarlo (David Noyes) of New Durham, NH, Sandra Forde of Poland Springs, ME, Lawrence Forde (Denise) of Manchester, NH, Lisa Murphy (Kevin) of Weymouth, MA, Michelle Forde (James Arlia) of Cranston, RI, Roger Andrew Forde of Quincy, MA, Simone Forde of Quincy, MA and David Forde (Kellie) of Weymouth, MA.; his former wife Elizabeth Forde of Quincy, MA.; and his grandchildren, EJ, Chelsea, Lauren, Ryan, Matthew and Jacob. He is also survived by his 2 great grandchildren, and 2 nephews.
