He was predeceased by: his wife Madeline A. "Chickie" Bean (Matook); his parents, John Bean and Dorothy I. Bean (Brickell); his daughter Janet M. Bean; and his siblings, Russell Bahr and Nancy Desmond.
He is survived by: his children, Robert F. Bean (late Joyce) of Easton, Dianne Ingemi of North Attleboro and Donald J. Bean; and his sister Barbara Dwyer of Natick. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
