She is survived by: her children, Armanda M. Knitter of Stoughton and Rufino "Finny" Avelar (Gail) of Stoughton; her grandchildren, Neal Mello, Thomas Mello, Janice Hom and Adam Avelar; and her great grandchildren, Sydney Mello, Rufino Mello, Sonny Mello, Darren Hom, Daniel Hom and Dakota Hom. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
