It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lucinda J. (Jorge) Duarte of Stoughton, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio Duarte; her grandchild Helder Duarte; and her siblings, Francisco, Maria, Norberto, Adolfo, Guilherme and Manuel Jorge.
She is survived by: her son-in-law David; her daughters, Maria Helena Duarte (Manuel) of Canada and Alice Garcia (David) of Stoughton; her granddaughter Nathalie Morissette (Marc); her granddaughter-in-law France; and her great grandchildren, Amelie, Emmanuele, Felix and Emmy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
