He was predeceased by: his parents, Marceau Mompoint (Marie Therese Marcellin) and Louis. He is survived by: his wife Lude-Rose Mompoint (Moreau) of Stoughton; his children, James Mompoint (late Amanda) of Stoughton, Cynthia Louise Mompoint (Maurice Stringer) of Stoughton, Louis-Jean Jeffrey Mompoint (Nicole) of Brockton, Keesha Jennifer Mompoint of Dorchester and Mike Anthony Blanc of Holbrook; his grandchildren, Marcus, Farah, Maurukhan, Marzo, Mack'kai, Sophia and Zoe; his brothers, Harry Marcellin of Randolph and Serge Mompoint; and his godson Gregory Marcellin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Farley Funeral Home (358 Park St, Stoughton, MA 02072). A prayer was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Louis's memory may be made to his wife, Lude-Rose Mompoint, c/o Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park Street, Stoughton.
