She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Phillips and Mary Phillips; and her siblings, Robert, James, Frederick Phillips, Rita Albanese, Alma Carlson and Beverly Gates.
She is survived by: her grandson Tom Brady; her children, Kathleen O'Brien of Foxboro, Michael Mullen of Wareham, Nancy Finn of East Wareham, David Mullen (late Melinda) of Stoughton and Joanne R. Lerette (Ricky) of Stoughton; her grandchildren, Edward, Nicole Finn, Kaitlyn Clark (Andrew), Kristine O'Brien, Danielle Lerette (Jon Silva) and Benjamin Mullen; and her great grandchildren, Edward Finn V, Fallon Hanrahan and Dean Clark.
