He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco C. and Maria C. Baeta (Chaves); and his brother Ismael Baeta. He is survived by: his wife Maria A. Baeta (Avelar); his children, Joseph F. Baeta (Michele) of Stoughton and Maria F. Krim (Thomas) of Brockton; his grandchildren, Douglas Krim, Meaghan Krim and Margaret Baeta; and his brother Abel Baeta of Lisbon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
