It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John S. Rapoza Jr. (Stoughton, Massachusetts), born in Taunton, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 6, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Rapoza Sr. and Mary C. Rapoza (Duarte); and his siblings, Evelyn Rapoza, Nicholas Rapoza and Marie Rapoza.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn L. Rapoza (Robbins) of Stoughton, MA; his daughter Cynthia Rizk of Warwick, RI; his stepchildren, John Mansir of Brockton, MA and Robin Mansir of Winter Haven, FL.; his grandchildren, Alex of Warwick, RI. and Larah Rizk of Warwick, RI.; his close friend George Rizk; and also, Anthony Rapoza and Eric Clory.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farley Funeral Home (358 Park St, Stoughton, MA 02072). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (122 Canton St, Stoughton, MA 02072). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
