She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Fernando Medeiros; and her parents, Edward Goldstein and Thelma Goldstein (Entner). She is survived by: her children, Lindsey D. Medeiros and Nickole M. Medeiros of Stoughton; and her siblings, Cindy Stevens of Uxbridge, Todd Goldstein of Berkley and Jonathan Goldstein of Whitinsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
