He is survived by: his wife Kathy J. Hill (Rutledge); his sons, Jeffrey J. Hill, Jr. of Middleboro and Christopher Hill of Middleboro; and his siblings, Clayton S. Hill, Jr. (Frances) of Taunton, Russell Hill of Pocasset and Melody Hill of Middleboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
