It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann (Ventresco) Merzi of Stoughton, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth A. Merzi of Stoughton, Angela J. Molloy (James) of Stoughton and Anna R. Merzi of Stoughton; her granddaughter Cecelia Molloy; and her siblings, Michael Ventresco (Kim) of Oradell, NJ, Lucille Ventresco of Stoughton, Peter Ventresco (Michelle) of West Bridgewater and Ralph Ventresco (Gina) of Easton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farley Funeral Home (358 Park St, Stoughton, MA 02072). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (122 Canton St, Stoughton, MA 02072). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (1100 Central St, Stoughton, MA 02072).
