With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine M. (Power) Mootos (Stoughton, Massachusetts), born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 18, 2023 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Power of Waterford County and Helen Power (Kirrane) of Claremorris; her brothers, James and Peter Power; her siblings-in-law, George Gianarelis, William Mootos, Per Hall, Anne Gianarelis, Delores Mootos and Mary Hall; her son-in-law Roman Borgman; her niece Pamela Hepp (Mootos); and her friend Barbara Stone.
She is survived by: her husband Theodore Mootos of Stoughton; her children, James Mootos of Boston, William Mootos (Russell Garrett) of Boston, Maryann Mootos of Brooklyn, NY and Catherine Drew (Patrick) of North Attleboro, MA; her grandchildren, Kaylee and Sean Drew; her sister-in-law Ellen Power of Bridgewater, MA; and her nieces and nephews, Ellen Mary Gardner of Bridgewater, Connie Mirra of Danvers, MA, Peter Hall, George C. Hall, Steve Power and Paul Mootos.
