She was predeceased by: her husband Philip A. Cave; her parents, Henry R. Phillips and Rena C. Phillips (Hoeg); and her son David P. Carpenter. She is survived by: her sons, Michael P. Carpenter of Stoughton and Jeffrey S. Carpenter (Odette) of Conway, SC; her grandchildren, Jacqueline Brewer (Eric), Hannah Carpenter, Cameron Carpenter, Christian Carpenter and Cailee Carpenter; her great grandchild Juliet Brewer; and her siblings, Francis Phillips of Wolfeboro, NH, Richard Phillips of Stoughton and Sandra Peterson of Lakeville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
