She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Canavan; her parents, Annie Daly (Sheehan) and Thomas J. Daly; her son Richard J. Canavan; and her siblings, Helen M Daly, Mary Daly, Joseph Daly, Gerard Daly, Robert Daly and Francis Daly.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen E. Berry of Holbrook, Charles E. Canavan (Florence Canavan) of Bridgewater, Thomas J. Canavan of Stoughton, Maryjane Canavan (Anne Paradis) of Sunderland, William R. Canavan of Los Angeles and Kenneth G. Canavan of Abington; and her granddaughters, Amy Higgins and Karen Kean.
