He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Beatriz Aguiar (Rodrigues); his daughter Maria Luiza Aguiar; and his siblings, Celeste, John Aguiar, Beatriz Moura and Augustine "Gus" Aguiar.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Juvelina Aguiar (Gonsalves); his children, Beatriz C. Libby of Stoughton, Lisa M. Johnston (Tad) of Stoughton, Tracy J. Gerome (Craig) of Stoughton and Clarisse M. LaFrance (late Steven); his grandchildren, Keith LaFrance, Ashley Smith, William Libby, Pat Libby, Angela Johnston, Edward "Teddy" Johnston, Carter Gerome and Nolan Gerome; his great grandchildren, Aliyah Poire and Cassius VanFleet; and his siblings, Zeta Moura of Canada, Antonio Aguiar of Florida and Joseph Aguiar of Brockton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
