He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Niethold (Bennett); and his siblings, Agnes Ross, Mildred Peterson and Charles "Bub" Niethold. He is survived by: his children, Arthur A. Niethold, Norman C. Niethold, Arlyn B. MacCuish, Easton, Brian C. Niethold of Sharon and Amy E. Niethold; and his grandchildren, Christy, Patrick, Anne, Kenneth, Aidan and Charis. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
