She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. DeLaFlerrinere and Lucille DeLaFlerrinere (Holmes); her husband James A. Burns, Jr.; and her son James A. Burns. She is survived by: her children, Tammi P. Gay (Harold), Tiffany O'Neil (Sean), Jason Burns (Marqueta) and Brandon Burns (Danielle). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
