He was predeceased by: his father Albert Fowlie; and his siblings, Charles Fowlie, Steven Fowlie, James Fowlie, Jean Brigance and Barney.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Fowlie of Wakefield, Pamela Kehoe (Sean) of Kensington, NH and Roy Fowlie Jr. (Jennifer Riccardone) of Stoneham; and his grandchildren, Brittnie Davies and Alayna Davies. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
