It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Doyle of Stoneham, Massachusetts, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bates and Jennie Bates (Cushing); and her husband Leo M. Doyle. She is survived by: her daughters, Diana C. Doyle (Chris Sands) of Dedham and Kathleen D. Lyons (late Michael) of Newbury; her granddaughter Amanda D. Lyons of Newbury; and her brother Col. John F. Bates.
