He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Levine (Freeman) and Melvin Levine; and his brother Joel Levine. He is survived by: his sisters, Carol (John Cerasuolo) of Palm Harbor, FL and Rhonda (Robert Orecchio) of Clearwater, FL; his nephews, David Cinelli of Melrose, MA and Zachary Orecchio (Jessica Vargas) of Tampa, FL; his niece Jennifer Orecchio (Almir Casaes) of Tampa, FL; and his great-niece Alessandra Casaes.
