He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ellsworth Talmadge and Doris Talmadge (Small); and his wife Elizabeth "Penny" Talmadge (Thomas). He is survived by: his children, Arthur L. Talmadge Jr. of Royse City, Ilene M. Talmadge of Nashua and Troy C. Talmadge; his granddaughters, Heather Burns of Nashua and Veronica Nixon (Aaron Nixon) of Milford; and also, Britannic Z. Talmadge of Stoneham, Massachusetts. and Michael Burns of Nashua.
