He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Rita Collins; his siblings, Lucy Cerchione, George Spataro, Phillip Spataro and Albert Spataro; and also Christina Franklin.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Spataro (Ann) of Melrose, Donna Rowe (Ernest) of Saugus and Mary Groux (Thomas) of Tewksbury; his grandchildren, Cindy, Michael, Nicole, Jenna, David, Craig, Kristina, Daniel, Miranda, Sarah, Justin and Mackenzie; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Keira, Max, Lucy, Cameron, Anthony, Caiden, Lindsey, Hannah, Nate and Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
