He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harte and Marilyn LeBlanc Harte. He is survived by: his fiancée Elizabeth "Beth" Doner; his son James P. Harte (Lisa); his siblings, Kimberlee Anne Baccoli (Fran) and Jeffrey Leonard Harte (Wendy); his nieces, Chantal Baccoli and Nicole Baccoli; his nephew Nathaniel Riley; and his great-nephew Jayce Foster-Baccoli.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jimmy's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Shriners Hospital for Children in care of the Dwyer Funeral Home.
