He is survived by: his wife Jan Schierloh Tarbert; his sons, Foard Holden Tarbert Jr (Cheryl) and Bruce Emerson Tarbert (Chirilyn); his grandchildren, Bradford Emerson Tarbert (Megan), Laurel Anne Martin, Nicolle Anne Tarbert and Blair Elizabeth Willis (Chris); his stepchildren, Laurie Schierloh and Robert Schierloh; and also, James, Elizabeth and Daniel.
