He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lapoint and Edith Lapoint (Taft); and his brothers, Edward and Carl Lapoint. He is survived by: his wife Irene Lapoint (Hatstat); and his children, Russell Lapoint (Lucille) of Templeton, Jennifer Bronson (David) of Rutland and Pauline Hawkins (Richard) of Holden. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces.
