He is survived by: his parents, Richard Joseph Higgins Sr. and Mary McMahon Higgins; his pets, Jerry and Sadie; his wife Regina Higgins; his granddaughters, Sabrina Wheeler and Amanda Blaquiere; his siblings, Ava, Isabelle, Ethan, Tristen and Alexandria; his nieces and nephews, Adele, Mary Lou, Brian, Stephen, Eleanor and William; and his brothers, Kevin and Richard.
