He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Linda Chisholm of Sterling, Debra Valley of Sterling, Carol Kelley of Barre and Andrea Borelli of Petersham; his grandchildren, Jennie, Cassie, Sarah, Jessica, Joe, Liz and Lynn; his great grandchildren, Tucker, Makenzie, George, Katie and Sara; his wife Eunice C. Thompson (Johnson); his daughter Donna Ivaska; his brother Rodney Thompson; and his parents, Stanley Thompson and Clara R. Thompson (Ball).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League, 139 Holden St., Worcester, MA 01606.
