He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Stevens and Mary Stevens (Ryan); his wife Linda Stevens (Ford) of Sterling; his children, John Stevens of Sterling, Patrick Stevens, Jr. of Germany, Heather Stevens of Sterling and Danielle Stevens; and his siblings, Donna Gscheidle (John) of Westminster, MD, Jackie Ratliff of Glenn Allen, VA, Harry "Tinker" Nelson and Mary Jo Nelson. He was also cherished by his many nieces and nephews.
