She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John and Margaret (Danckert); her brother John Hayes; and her goddaughter Annie Mussoni Morrison.
Maureen was impressed with the care she received at UMASS Memorial Hospital and, at passing, donated her body to the University of Massachusetts Medical School Anatomical Gift Program.
