She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Helen, James P. Coakley, Sr. and Josephine. She is survived by: her parents, James Coakley and Theresa Coakley (Berthiaume) of Sterling; her son Owen Kachinski of Holden; her sister Tara Judd of Sterling; her nephew Nathan Aquafresca; her nieces, Kayla Judd and Amber Judd; and her pet Jake. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, extended family, many dear friends.
