With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan E. Billiter (Sterling, Massachusetts), born in Gardner, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 28, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. LeBlanc and Gladys V. LeBlanc (Putnam). She is survived by: her significant other Joseph C. Dwyer; her children, Charles Billiter (Sarah) and Renata Billiter Wiggin (Phillip); her grandchildren, James A. W. Shaw (Lenka Phelps), Tyler Billiter (Ashley) and Meredith Billiter (Ryan); and her great grandchild Zoe Shaw.
