It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles R. Picard of Sterling, Massachusetts, born in Ludlow, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 12, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Picard and Arlene Picard (Guay); and his daughter Nicole Picard. He is survived by: his wife Allyson C. Picard (Coiteux); his children, Chad Picard of Port Charlotte, FL and Taylor Picard of Sterling; his brother Omer "Bill" Picard Jr. (Barbara) of Ludlow; and his friend Tucker. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, a nephew, two nieces, two great-nephews, several cousins, other loving relatives.
