He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Donahue II and Ethel Rogers Donahue; his sister Nancy Donahue Dargan; his uncle Robert E. Donahue; and his sister-in-law Meg McQuaid.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Gilraine Donahue; his nephew Daniel J. Barry of Jamaica Plain; his brother-in-law Michael Gilraine (Donna) of Norwell; his nephews, Matthew McQuaid (Jenn) of Dorchester, Mark McQuaid (Lauren) of Norwell and Michael Gilraine (Marina) of Hanson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isabelle McQuaid, Maeve McQuaid, Brendan McQuaid and Aubrey Gilraine.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jack's memory to the Division of Epilepsy at Boston Children's Hospital, a cause close to Jack's heart.
