He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry LaVoice and Emily LaVoice (McDevitt); his brother Louie Bernardi; and his former wife Theresa LaVoice. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine LaVoice (Bates); his children, Warren LaVoice Jr., Steven LaVoice and Lisa Kirby; and his stepchildren, Kathleen Shields and Robert Duchesne. He is also survived by many grandchildren and several great grandchildren, and dear friend.
