He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignat Slepchuk and Malania Slepchuk (Dorokopetcz); his wife Ruth Mary (Royce); and his siblings, Stephen, Peter, Malania, Alice, Ann and Mary.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gale Fitzgerald (Michael), Laurie Shay (John), Malania Gormley (Paul) and Kimberly Slepchuk (Tim Marchant); his grandchildren, William Fitzgerald (Kerri), Yuri Slepchuk, Taylor Shay, Royce Marchant, John, Shaye and Brian; and his daughter Kelsey Slepchuk.
