He was predeceased by: his father Walter Gibbs; and his daughter Natalie Gibbs. He is survived by: his mother Frances Hanson (Hull); his son Douglas Gibbs (Belinda Misisco) of Agawam; his sisters, Christina Nichols of Fiskdale, MA and Karen Brehart of Wilbraham; and his stepdaughters, Ashley DeGray and Myia Misisco. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
