He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrester Usher and Irene Usher (Gaboury); his siblings, Forrester Usher, Jr. and Jeanette Carmody; and his son-in-law Gerald Muska.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Usher (Combs); and his daughters, Donna Muska (Thomas Butler, IV) of Springfield, Sharon Strange (David) of Belchertown, Lori Muniz (Albert) of Gainesville, FL and Jacki Yasin (Sam) of Coconut Creek, FL..
