Thompson C. Hooper Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thompson C. Hooper of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 1, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hooper and Viola Hooper (Macri); his brother-in-law James Discawicz; and his pets, Sammy and Missy.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Hooper; his son Patrick Hooper (Karen) of Enfield, CT; his stepchildren, Paul Cincotta (Maureen) of Vernon, CT, Daniel Cincotta of Manchester, CT, Mathew Cincotta (Paula) of Springfield and Dawn Cincotta of Springfield; his sisters, Debra Hooper (Daniel Albano) of Southwick and Barbara Discawicz of Port Orange, FL; his nieces and nephews, Mark Discawicz (Judith), Michael Discawicz, Michelle Tomlinson (Robert) and Vanessa Roy-LaRouco (Justin); and his close friends, Martin and Kathleen Batt of Springfield. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services (15 Ludlow Ave, Springfield, MA 01151). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
