Maciolek (Carriveau); his children, Jamie Lebar (Joe) and Kevin Maciolek of Chicopee; his grandson Dillon Maciolek of Chicopee; his sister Christine Pedersen (Rick); and his brother-in-law Dan Carriveau (Marisa) of East Longmeadow.
