He is survived by: his son Thomas Jr. (Jennifer); his siblings, Richard Costigan, Donald Costigan, Leonard Costigan, William Costigan (Karen), Jim Costigan (Janice), Patricia Obuchowski (Anthony), Carol Obuchowski (Richard), Dian Demos (George) and Donna Russell; and his granddaughter Sophie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
