He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Przybylo and Anna Przybylo (Kaczowka); his wife Beverly Przybylo; and his sister Helen Wade. He is survived by: his children, Mark Przybylo and Stephanie Przybylo of Indian Orchard; and his close friend Jimmy Bruno of Lyndonville, NY.
