Stylianos Manolarakis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stylianos Manolarakis of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 22, 2020 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stylianos Manolarakis to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodoros Manolarakis and Agapi Manolarakis (Angelakis); his former wife Eleftheria Manolarakis (Anezakis); his brother Manos Manolarakis; and his nephew Theodoros Manolarakis.
He is survived by: his son Nikolaos S. Manolarakis; his wife Sheila of Springfield; his grandchildren, Niko Manolarakis (Heather), Stephen Manolarakis (Christina Mallet), Anthony and Christopher Manolarakis; his great grandchild Lillian Manolarakis; and his siblings-in-law, Kay Kazalis of Springfield and Antonios Anezakis of Athens, Greece.
Stylianos will Repose in State on Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 9 a. m. to 10 a. m. which will be followed by a Funeral Service at 10 a. m. at Saint George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 2320 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01107, (please note that masks are required, social distancing must be observed and Cathedral capacity is limited due to state regulations).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to Saint George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 22 Saint George Road, Springfield, MA 01104.
