It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stella Dagenais (Springfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Argyrios Poulopoulos and Joanna Poulopoulos; her husband James Dagenais; and her siblings, Nicholas, Peter, Irene Cross and Georgia Gowrie.
She is survived by: her children, James Dagenais (Dori) of Monson, Louis Dagenais (Pat Jenks), Joann Dagenais of Springfield, Elaine Dagenais of Indian Orchard and Catherine Dagenais of Springfield; her grandchildren, Louie Dagenais (Crystal) of Springfield and Cassandra Gatesman (Matt) of Chicopee; her great grandchild Charleigh Dagenais; her brother George Poulopoulos of Hampden; and also, Patti Dagenais, Dreamus Watkins (Alexa Lolos) of East Longmeadow, Luke Palatino, Abbey of Ludlow and Stephanie Feliz.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. George Greek Cathedral, Endowment Fund 22 St. George Rd., Spfld, MA 01104.
