He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Padykula and Mildred Padykula (Chesner); and his brother Richard Padykula. He is survived by: his cousin Joey Caliento (Deborah Caliento) of Springfield; his spouse Yasmin Adham; his brother-in-law Robert Adham (Patty Adham) of Maryville, TN; and his cousin Michael Padykula of Chicopee. He is also survived by many other cousins, relatives, and friends.
