He was predeceased by: his parents, Amy Carrie Mayo Holden and Samuel Holden; and his siblings, Erma Holden-Hayes, Ada Hayes, Rena Fogg, Durena Hope, Sadie Mayo, Susie Bell-Holden, Ruby Young, Joe Mayo, Herman Mayo, Robert Holden, Ulysses Holden and Sam Holden.
He is survived by: his former wife Cathleen Holden of Springfield; his children, Anthony Holden (Jackie) of Springfield, Frederick Holden (Stacey) of Springfield, Lavon Quicksey, Almateen Dickerson (Theo) of Springfield, O'Lisa Thomas (Dexter) of Arizona, Giana Prude (Jeffrey) of Arizona, Devora Quicksey and Ayesha Holden; his sister Neallie Holden; and his niece Annie Holden. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; two great greatgrandchildren.
