We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2025, Sharon L. Dioley of Springfield, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Sharon farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Sharon is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her mother Marian A. Crawford; her former husband Leroy Dioley; her daughter Tenisha Thompson; and her brother Rodney L. Orr. She is survived by: her father Russell Orr Sr.; her fiancé Kym Kirkpatrick; her children, Leon L. Jones, Keith A. Jones and Natasha Manuel; and her siblings, Russell G. Orr Jr., Debbie A. Moore and Melanie M. Couser. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
A wake will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Community Baptist Church (1791 Wilbraham Rd, Springfield, MA 01109). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
