She was predeceased by: her siblings, Theresa Whitehead and Theodore Galluzzo. She is survived by: her daughter Josephine A. Smith (John Maggiolino) of Hampden; her granddaughter Rachel Breen (Gage) of Hampden; and her sister Antoinette Reale of New York. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
