She is survived by: her husband Raymond Parylak; her sons, Carl Parylak (Heather) of Granby and Mark Parylak of Ludlow; her grandson Dustin Wyatt Parylak; and her brothers, Rudolph of Ludlow and John Cira of Ludlow. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family members and many friends.
